Task & Responsibilities
- Provide the system architecture with technical advice
- Advanced knowledge about system architecture and consult team on technical/ LOS business manner
- Manage this small team and make sure deliverables match with quality standards
- Self manages development team: 02 Developers
- Make action plan for each epic/ CRs which Risk required.
- Manage resource and all area relative to Development team
- Conduct & Lead weekly meeting with Risk to update CRs/ Bugs work progress
- Support and solve the issues related to system
- Tracking bugs/ issue
- Follows up bugs & issues with internal & external teams
- Report bugs/ issue weekly
- Open & Close bugs
- Provide estimation for each CR/ Enhancement
- Provide implementation plan for eact CR/ Enhancement
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher education level.
- Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Advanced LOS or similar systems
Skills
- Experience in managing the development team and the project team
- Experience with design mobile system, architectures of banking, knowledge of integration design patterns
- Experience in web-based systems architecture
- Strong ability to design, analyze, code and debug applications.
- Experience in the banking domain is an advantage
Relevant Experience
- More than 1 years’ experience in BA or SA Expert
- More than 3 years’ experience in banking domain
